How to apply a facial mask in 3 lessons?

Make a small skin diagnosis
A mask is good for your skin as long as it is suitable. If you have an oily skin and you apply a nourishing mask it is the cat insured: your skin will shine as ever and nasty little pimples will appear because of excess sebum. It is therefore important to aim just in terms of the mask so as not to arrive at the opposite of the desired goal.

To analyze your skin type, here are some simple guidelines. Does your skin tend to contract and you tend to have redness? You have dry skin. If it only tugs on the cheeks and you have shine on the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) your skin is mixed. If you tend to shine everywhere: oops, you really have oily skin.

Use several types of masks
Once you have determined your skin type, simply choose a mask that matches it. But depending on the case, it is more clever to make several masks at the same time.
If you have combination skin, apply several masks at the same time: a clay mask on the T-zone and a rehydrating mask on the cheeks.
If the first wrinkles make their appearance, know that there are very good anti-aging masks. However, if you have combination or oily skin, really concentrate the facial care on the fine lines by avoiding to put everywhere because these youth masks tend to grease the skins with fat tendency.

Be regular
For your masks to be effective, do not forget them in the closet! Apply them two to three times a week to get good results.
