My group is friendly and very diverse, from the gentleman to the age already certain to the two little girls with childish smiles.
At the controls of cooking lessons, Chef Hervé Escobar makes his entry. In less than five minutes, he has already clearly explained recipe ("Tagliatelle with gorgonzola, pan-fried mushrooms and nuts" ...), given small tips and various wise advices. And now it's up to us to play!
We peel, we slice, we chisel, we crush. And hop, we find ourselves behind the stove in the heat of the moment. It crackles, it gilds, it boils and above all, it smells good! The mushrooms roast, the white wine makes the pan crackle and in no time our recipe is made, the plates are prepared, before the long-awaited moment of tasting.
