Making meat or fish croquettes: instructions for use

chop
One of the major steps is to chop the meat (beef, chicken ...) or the fish (the simplest being to take canned tuna, like that, there is nothing to do)! For 4 people, plan 230g of bib or a can of tuna.

Think of eggs at all costs
That's what will make the binder of the joke. Mix one with the meat where the fish chopped (e).

Mix everything
Chopped onions, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper for traditional croquettes, or gruyere, mozzarella, crème fraiche, chilli or any other ingredient that makes you happy for croquettes that change ! The secret of successful croquettes lies in the seasoning. Taste the mixture before cooking and adjust the spice back if necessary! Take the opportunity to use leftovers. Nothing is lost with croquettes!

Form, roll
Form small balls with your palms and roll them in breadcrumbs.

Fry
Put olive oil in a pan and arrange the balls that you crush slightly to form croquettes. Each side must be cooked in turn to give crunchy croquettes! Remove the excess oil before serving and accompany the rice croquettes and / or vegetables (carrots, green beans ....).
