Plants: your slimming allies

To burn fat
Opt for dry extracts of grape marc to which you will add other green coffee or guarana. To optimize the results, complete your course of dry extracts of bean pods that reduce the blood sugar level. For the dosage, refer to what is written on the box because each laboratory offers different dosages.

To control your cravings
Choose dry extracts of bean pod and garcinia cambogia. For the dosage, refer to what is written on the box because each laboratory offers different dosages.
To optimize the results, complete your cure of glycerine macerate (plant buds) of fig tree, for its balancing action on the stomach and the psyche. Take 30 drops 3 times / day.

To find a flat stomach
Collect 20 g of fennel seeds, 20 g of angelica root and 20 g of wild chicory leaves. Place this mixture in 500 ml of cold water, bring to a boil and hold for 15 minutes. Drink 2 cups a day.

To refine your silhouette
Bet on the queen of the meadows, corn, red vine and birch. Take 15 to 20 drops of each plant and dilute them in a glass of water, drink 2 times / day. You can also add them to a large bottle of water that you will consume throughout the day.

To eliminate the cellulite
To remove the cellulite, opt for the glycerine macerate of chestnut, juniper, ash and hazel. Absorb 20 drops of each plant 2 times / day. Or dilute them in a large bottle of water, drink all day long.
In parallel, prepare a hot poultice based on 40 g climbing ivy leaves (eliminates the pain associated with cellulite and improves the quality of the skin) and 30 g of eupatory leaves (anti-cellulite) in 1 liter of water. Boil this mixture about ten minutes before placing it in a gauze. Then arrange it on the piles of cellulite for 10 minutes at a rate of 3 times a day.
Usage tips
Do not consume all these remedies simultaneously but select a new goal every month. Because it is better not to associate too many plants between them not to tire the body.
