Slimming: IS antikilos, the new book reference on diet

This is the new book reference in the market for not gaining weight and eating intelligently:IS antikilos would be the new "bible" of the diet. On the menu: each food has an IS, that is to say a index of satiety. Satiety is the state of no hunger that begins after the meal. More I'index of satiety a food is high, the more it will stall us.
