Relax
Prepare yourself gently. Sift the light, light a scented candle, put on some soft music and sip a cup of green tea or honey-flavored hot lemon juice ... Meanwhile, pour out your bath.

You can pour a few drops of essential oils or relaxing bath salts into the water to relax and unwind your body. Enjoy those few minutes of absolute rest lying in the bathtub. If your eyes are tired, this is the perfect time to soothe them with a compress or mask. Once relaxed, you can start washing.

Make a new skin
Wake up the energy of your body gently by offering a skin smooth and clean.
Use a gentle exfoliant, essential to remove dead skin cells and prepare for skin to be well hydrated. Sure skin wet, with your hands or with a glove, massage your body in small circular motions. Emphasize elbows, knees, and rough areas. On the other hand, have a light hand on moles. Rinse thoroughly with water, removing all grains.
You can also use a glove provided for this purpose. The hammam glove or the loofah in natural fibers are very effective.

Nourish your skin
No firmness without a skin well hydrated!
Hydration of the skin brings comfort, but also elasticity, tone and softness. A milk will be a good ally of normal and mixed skin. If you have the skin dry or very dry, choose a rich and very nourishing texture, a cream or a balm, for a skin sustainably hydrated.
As for dry oils, they are suitable for all skins. They nourish and saturate the skin while providing flexibility and softness. Favorite for Argan oil, used by Moroccan women, both very nourishing and anti-aging.
