Bafta 2008: "Come back to me" best movie, "The Kid" gets four awards

It's the English drama Come back to me by Joe Wright who won the BAFTA Best Feature Film on Sunday February 10th.
The film, which brings together Keira Knightely and James McAvoy, also won the Best Set Award. The kid, biography of Edith Piaf signed Olivier Dahan, created the sensation by dominating the evening with four awards including best actress for Marion Cotillard.

Roger Deakins won the prize for best photography while Spaniard Javier Bardem won the BAFTA for Best Supporting Actor. The female equivalent of the award fell into Tidla Swinton's purse for Michael Clayton Tony Gilroy.

France has also distinguished itself by winning the prize for best adaptation for The Diving Bell and the Butterfly from Julian Schnabel.

The award for best British film has fallen This is England from Shane Meadows. The lives of others by Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck left with the Bafta for best foreign film.

Surprise: the young American actor Shia LaBeouf won the Bafta of the revelation of the year for transformers face to Sam Riley in Control.

Saturday, February 9, it is the London critics who delivered their awards. These also sacred Marion Cotillard best actress in 2007.
