Ingredients for 4 persons :
1 Grapefruit of Florida
1 teaspoon of fleur de sel
½ teaspoon of wasabi
From the recipe:
Make an ice base: fill a plastic container with water and put it in the freezer. Unmould once the ice has set, make cuts with a saw knife.
Peel the Grapefruit from Florida and detail it in thin slices. Arrange slices on oiled parchment paper and freeze.
Mix the flower with salt and wasabi.
Dip the side of the slices of Grapefruit from Florida frozen in the salt / wasabi mixture. Stand on the ice base.
