In the 60s, the arrival of the freezer and frozen products, has as much impact: you can now make reserves of meat, vegetables and fish for the coming months. Best of all, the ready-made dishes save those who chained their day's work with the preparation of an evening meal. The first two frozen dishes in France, fish Bordeaux and Provencal, were launched by Findus in 1968.
