How to revisit my breakfast cereals?

Whether it's oatmeal or icy corn petals, everything is cooked. If I add in my pancakes and my cookies, the first will have a soft side completely crazy and the second, a crisp to fall. I can also get started in making bars of cereals with the tastes that make me happy. Side preparation, it requires to do a little in advance because you have to let the bars rest one night in the fridge. You must mix a little compote with different flakes according to your taste, put dried fruits, sunflower type seeds, squash, sesame, add a little agave syrup to bind and sweeten and a little flour. If you have a silicone mold for financial or a special bar it's great! Otherwise, pour the dough on a plate to be 2 cm thick and bake the whole 10 min 180 °. Then, cut the bar-shaped dough and return to the oven for 20 minutes at 200 ° with a little grilling at the end of cooking to brown them. A little night in the fridge later, you have pretty bars of cereals. To preserve them, wrap them in stretch film but do not wait too much to devour them because they are without preservatives. A little trick for big gourmands: spread some chocolate melted on each bar before putting them in the fridge.
The cereals breakfast can also serve me for dessert. And not just any: the rose of the sands. It is delicious ! It is melted in a bain-marie chocolate milk or hazelnut special desserts that are poured on corn petals. Mix gently before forming small piles of dough in small paper cups. 20 minutes in the refrigerator later, and it's ready!
What if I simply improved my breakfast by turning my flakes into a delicious homemade granola? It's simple: I mix flakes of cereals, oil and Juice to sweeten everything. I grill this mixture on a baking sheet for 30 minutes at 150 degrees and I can keep my granola in a glass jar. This is the ideal with milk, in a verrine under a white cheese with little bits of apple.
