Jura yellow wine

Wine Region : Jura Mountains
Designation of origin: Côte de Jura Vin jaune
The yellow wine comes from the Savagnin grape variety. The fermentation of this grape, slow, is followed by barrel aging for at least six years.

We recommend the Yellow Wine of Pierre Overnoy and Emmanuel Houillon, produced in Pupillin:
This sailing wine is breathtaking in its intensity. It reveals flavors of nuts, white flowers, candied apple and gingerbread. His mouth is silky and very rich. A really unequaled length.
Vintage to privilege: 1988, 1989 and 1990. An eternal wine without any problem of aging.
Price: 60? about.
The good agreement: Very racy, this wine requires daring and structured weddings: poached chicken, morels, Comté with walnuts, mushrooms and white sauce.
