Love cookies

Ingredients (for a dozen or so Cookies)
180 g flour
35 g of ginger candied
15 g of ginger fresh
80 g of sugar
20 g of honey (strong)
150 g of butter
1 egg yolk
2 g of baking soda

Preparation
Cut the ginger confit in small cubes. Peel and grate ginger fresh.

Mix the ointment butter with the salt. Add honey, sugar and ginger. Add the yellow and 1/3 of the flour. Mix. Add the remaining sifted flour with the baking soda. Make a pudding, protect it from a film paper, set to cold.

Preheat your oven to 160 ° C. Cut your pudding into thick slices. Cook on a non-stick plate for no more than 15 minutes (depending on the size of your biscuits).

Wait a little before removing them from the plate to dry on a rack because they are very soft at the exit of the oven.
