Masterchef: the rules change from October 18th

They are no more than eleven candidates in the adventure Masterchefbut on October 18th only five will be left. And if these five candidates had the impression to have reached a cruising speed since the beginning of the season, they should see their clocks set on time very quickly, because new rules will indeed bring a good dose of change and especially a few adrenaline rushes that are very stressful.

On the agenda of the festivities? No team event, no pressure test. The remaining five candidates in Masterchef must imperatively win one of the four events of the episode to qualify and continue the adventure. On October 18th, only one candidate will be eliminated.

To decide between these excellent amateur cooks, Frédéric Anton, Yves Camdeborde and Sébastien Demorand have imagined high flying events obviously. The five candidates will start with a test of invention, during which they will have to revisit the traditional sandwich by proposing a gastronomic version. The candidate who has made the best sandwich will be qualified for the rest of the adventure Masterchef.

The next event will place the remaining four candidates against one of the greatest chefs of French gastronomy, Joël Robuchon. Amateur cooks will have to make an exceptional dish using the same ingredients used by the renowned chef.

The third event will send the last 3 candidates still in contention in the Basque country, where they will have to pass a test devoted to chocolate. Finally, in the last event of the evening, the two remaining candidates will compete in a spectacular hot plate cooking event after a demonstration by chef Naoto Masumoto. Four top events for five determined candidates. And of course, there will be only one at the end of the adventure.
