Slimming menu 100% kiwi: stuffed kiwis with sea tartare

Ingredients (4 people):
4 kiwis
50 g of crabmeat
50 g of shrimp peeled roses
the juice of half a lime
1 tbsp mayonnaise, salt, freshly ground pepper.
 
Preparation:
Cut the hats of the kiwis and empty the kiwis of one third of their flesh.
Pour the salvaged flesh into a bowl. Cut it into small cubes.
Add to the kiwi pulp, the crumbled crab and the shrimp finely cut with a knife. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and add the mayonnaise spoon. Mix and garnish the kiwifruit.
Serve chilled.
