Type menu
Breakfast starts with a cup of "sobacha", an infusion of buckwheat seeds, rich in fiber and minerals. You will also learn to prepare "boost" fruit and vegetable juices, to drink as soon as you wake up to fill up with vitamins and detoxify your body! At noon, the meal is composed of vegetables, proteins (fish, meat or legumes), fruits or dairy based on "real" dairy product or its vegetable equivalent. The snack in the afternoon, based on dried fruits or oleaginous, makes it possible not to arrive hungry at night at home. Dinner focuses on vegetables and whole grains. The goal is to titillate your taste buds to never get bored.
