Tips form for good digestion

If your digestion is delicate, know that what your plate contains as the way of eating can influence the quality of the hours following your meals.

A meal taken in good conditions for the digestion excludes any form Stress: A bad habit is to swallow a sandwich and salad on a corner of the office in front of the computer. Take the time to sit down, chew the food in a calm and airy atmosphere.

Privilege several small meals rather than a big heavy meal. The enemies of the digestion are pantagruelian and fatty meals followed by a period of inactivity. Take your lunch and then take a walk; in the evening, avoid big dishes and do not lie on a full stomach, it is better to eat early in the evening. A good way to help digestion is to loosen your belt so as not to impede bowel activity.

Practice a physical activity regular. A sedentary lifestyle promotes constipation when physical activity aids intestinal transit without problems. If you are stressed, choose relaxation, yoga or walking. If you are active, choose cycling, swimming, gymnastics, or any help for a good digestion !

Eat fiber! They activate the transit, absorb up to 25 times their volume in water and increase the volume of stool. Cooked, they are less irritating to the intestines. You find the fiber in fruits and vegetables, but also in whole grains.

Drink plain water, which moisturizes the intestinal contents. Limit alcohol, tea and coffee. Fruit juices are to be drunk sparingly because of their laxative effect.

Indigestion should not last more than twelve hours, time for your body to perform digestion. Beyond this time, consult your doctor. It may be a virus, food poisoning or appendicitis.
