- 3 Kg in 1 week with Valérie Orsoni (day 7): the slimming recipe of the day: tandoori chicken

ingredients
  • 6 legs or chicken breasts
  • 2 velvety yogurts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of spices or tandoori dough (oriental grocery section)
  • Salt
Steps
  1. Mix tandoori spices, yogurts, crushed garlic, lemon juice, oil and salt.
  2. Spread the dough on all sides of the chicken. Cover and store in the fridge for 24 hours.
  3. Prepare your barbecue or preheat your oven to 210 degrees C (Th.7).
  4. Place the chicken on the rack and cook for 30 minutes, turning and basting the chicken pieces regularly with the marinade.
