Fauchon celebrates Valentine's Day with "Yes for Life"
For a sweet and tart Valentine's Day, the house Fauchon reveals two special creations to live a gourmet moment to two. Presented in a velvet heart and decorated with a white orchid and a sugar ring, we find in this nice box sold in limited edition, creations signed by Fabien Rouillard, Pastry Chef FAUCHON. Crunchy base of strawberry meringue, two hearts of strawberry and grapefruit coulis, a mousse with chocolate Black 62% and a fine bourbon vanilla ganache from Madagascar, the house Fauchon offers lovers a delicious gourmet moment. For this dessert available from February 12 to 16, 2013 at FAUCHON, Place de la Madeleine in Paris, count 30 euros (for two people).
To accompany these desserts, Fauchon offers a blend of fruity and spicy flavors with its second creation. The house unveiled on January 19, its brand new black tea of China delicately scented with rose petals, raspberry and strawberry with a note of black pepper from Tanzania. Available in the Place de la Madeleine store in Paris and in all FAUCHON distribution networks, it will take 15 euros for 60g.
