Blow dry and smoothing
The brushings do not damage the extensions at all, provided to use a brush brush "special brush" which does not alter the attachment points. However, be careful with the straightener: do not apply it especially on the points of keratin because they would melt under the heat and your extensions would be ruined! On the lengths, smooth as much as you want.
Shampoo
If you do not wash your hair every day you can continue to use your shampoo usual. But if the washing is daily, take a shampoo neutral because the others contain molecules that attack the keratin points.
Cares
Continue to apply your detangle as always but especially always make a mask after!
Your extensions are indeed hair dead and they are no longer rooted ... It is therefore in-dire-pen-ble-ble that you care for a maximum outside. Warning: use a mask with oily substance, not oily, otherwise your extensions will come off. Apply the mask on the lengths below the keratin points. But, once a week, spread the mask all over your head-including root-history-to nurture your hair natural too.
The pool, the sea, the sun ...
Nothing prevents you from going to the pool, the sea or the sun with your extensions. But, keep in mind that your extensions are hair dead (yes, we repeat but this is the harsh reality), they require twice as much maintenance as your hair natural that these external aggressions already damage a lot in normal times.
So you will need to disentangle them and do their care very often.
Not to mention the obligatory passage at your hairdresser!
Every 4 to 5 weeks, you should go to your hairdresser to clean your keratin points and remove the hair who would get stuck in it. Three interviews are usually included in the price of your extensions. These interviews are fundamental; remember to check that they are included in the price at the time of the quote. If this is not the case, it is because this hairdresser is more interested in your money than in your hair... have extensions installed elsewhere, without hesitation.
