How to hydrate your body?

A body with a regular and soft skin texture is a real seduction asset and provides well-being. The hydration of the body is not luxury, especially to combat the effects of cold. Some tips to avoid looking like a lizard ...

Hydration of the body ... a daily gesture. Get up only 10 minutes earlier, to make a simple but precious gesture for the beauty of your body.
Every day, after the shower, before drying, apply an oil on the whole body, except the face. No need to look for sophisticated products: a massage or baby oil will do the trick. You can also use a moisturizing body milk, but it is a little less protective against external aggression.

Hydration of the body protects you from the effects of cold.
In cold weather, you protect your face with a suitable cream, but you neglect your body which undergoes the same aggressions. Like the face, in winter the skin of the body shows the effects of the cold. Fragilated, it becomes rough, flakes and irritates. A skin poorly protected from the cold undergoes the appearance of stretch marks faster. To renew the epidermis, practice a regular exfoliation then apply a moisturizing milk.

Hydration of the body helps to better protect sensitive areas, and especially, the legs. The skin of the legs is particularly reactive to the effects of cold, because it is less naturally protected than the skin of the rest of the body. In winter, this phenomenon is accentuated because of the friction of tights and socks. Remember to hydrate your legs twice a day with milk or oil.

Our advice
In winter, wash with overgrown soap and drink plenty of water as your skin dehydrates faster.
Make a cure of trace elements and essential fatty acids to preserve the elasticity of the skin.
