I'm learning how to make smoothies with amazing flavors

To be trendy this year, the first commandment will be: vary your bases! We know the milk and natural yoghurt which add a creamy side to one and creamy to the other. For more originality, replace them with milk coconut or milk soy is dietary, immensely good and so trendy. The greediest of us, can even try the ice cream vanilla ... miaam!
The second commandment: dare the tastes! The smoothie allows all the whims, all the desires and especially, all the follies!
 

The bold smoothie
The trend is sweet-salty and bold mixes! Apple-pear-spinach is the very example. From an intense green lawn, this smoothie is amazing on more than one level. Put in your blender, 2 apples, 2 pears, 1 yoghurt or soy, 2 spinach leaves, ice cubes. Decorate with mint leaves before serving! And guess the ingredients to your guests, it's a pretty fun exercise!
 

Smoothies "to drink and to eat"
Half ice cream, half drink, the P'tit Choco Banana mix 1 banana with 3 balls of ice cream chocolate, milk and a little honey. We would almost hesitate to take a spoon to enjoy it.
Pure Apple, he proposes to mix milk, 4 apples, a little sugar and ... 8 little butters! Astonishing no?
 

The toning smoothie
Health and tone are trends! So grab a pear, a kiwi, some ginger and some milk soy, all in blender and you will have vitamins for the whole day.
 

The smoothie so girly
In your blender, combine the syrup of rose with 125 g of cherries, 1 spoon of honey, 4cl of milk or other and 4 ice cubes. One or two untreated rose petals in ornament and the most girly of smoothies is ready.
