I want to become blonde: 1st step, fading

Becoming blonde is no longer enough: there is an infinite palette of blondes, ranging from caramel and northern blondes, to coloring sand, wicks, sweeping, reflections etc. My choice is radical: I wish a polar blond (or platinum but more rock'n roll). "It's entirely possible," says Jean-Claude Barbotte, a trainer at Schwarzkopf Indola Academy.

I settle down and there begins a series of questions: what is my dress style, the colors that I wear, my style of makeup, myenvies capillaries ... I know pretty much what I want: a base of polar blond, almost white. The new products to achieve this: the "Blond Me" range from Schwarzkopf, hair care soft and with a delicate scent, which offer an unlimited range of blondes. Youpi!

Jean-Claude begins to mix for the first stage: fading! To do this, the chief colorist pours a carefully weighed dose of High Performance Bleaching Compact Powder. A sky blue powder that, in addition to discolouring the hair, has an off-the-shelf action.

1st exposure time: 45 minutes. "No need to ask longer, this kind of product does not work beyond 45 minutes," assures me Jean-Claude. The latter applies a generous layer of product to the wick, which takes about 40 minutes to distribute throughout the hair. Except on the roots, because the product acts much more quickly on this zone. "The scalp releases body heat which makes the bleach act in just a few minutes, so do not discolour it at the same time!"

The first quarter of an hour, the product eliminates the darker pigments of the hair. The 2nd serves to eliminate the "average" pigments, red orange. And the last quarter of an hour is used to eliminate the last hair pigments, the lightest, orange-yellow.

Surprisingly, the product does not sting, the softness of this cosmetic care is surprising!

At the moment of rinsing, it's the shock: my hair is straw yellow, I do not recognize them! but they are sweet.

Second product placement: same, 45 minutes to clear the hair. On the other hand, the product stings a little when applied on the roots. second visual chox: my hair is almost white!
