Janet Jackson will release her new album on February 25, 2008

This is the first record of Janet Jackson which will appear at Def Jam, the label of his new record company, Island Records. With Disciplined, the singer plans to make a big comeback on the R'N'B music scene.

For his tenth opus, Janet Jackson surrounded by big names of R'N'B. Producer Jermaine Dupri and Antonio Reid, Ne-Yo singer, Grammy nominee for her collaboration on Rihanna's song, Hate That I Love You, or Tricky Stewart, worked on the album.

Disciplined will be released on February 25, 2008, under the label Def Jam of Island Records, the new record label of Janet Jackson. The first single, Feedback, unveiled last week on the official website of the singer, is scheduled for January 7, 2008. It was produced by Rodney Jerkins, a size of the genre, who has already worked with Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Spice Girls or Lionel Richie.

With Disciplined, the singer plans to make a comeback on the front of the music scene. A world tour should take place in 2008, after the release of Disciplined, to ensure its promotion.

The last album of Janet Jackson, 20 Years Old, released in 2006, had only a small success. The singer has also left the Virgin Records label for this reason, following her companion and producer Jermaine Dupri.

Janet Jackson also appears on the movie poster Why Did I Get Married Tyler Perry with Jill Scott. This is his first feature film for seven years. The story revolves around couples getting together during the winter holidays to take stock of their wedding. She plays the role of Patricia, a psychologist very good at solving the problems of others, but unable to apply his own advice to his life. The film by Tyler Perry, American actor-director-screenwriter-producer, does not yet have a release date in France.

Janet Jackson would also be writing a book about the weight problems she has experienced during her career.
