Mini tartiflettes with tortillas,
a recipe imagined by the Collective of Aperitifs à Croquer
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- - 1 package of tortillas
- - Reblochon 1/4,
- - 2 onions,
- - 100 g diced bacon
- - 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds,
- - pepper with the mill.
Preparation:
Peel and chop the onions then fry them with the bacon. Sprinkle with cumin seeds. Divide them in the bottom of cassolettes, cover successively with a slice of reblochon, tortillas then a reblochon slice. Take a turn of pepper mill and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
