Prepare a balanced snack for your child in 3 lessons

Treat the packaging
The children can quickly be put off by a food if it is poorly presented. Think of putting it in a pretty pouch or a colorful bento box. You can make a small cloth bag yourself. In any case, the snack box must be a recognizable landmark for your child.

Promote balance
The snack of your child must cover 15% of the energy intake of the day. It must include a starch (bread or cereal), a chewable fruit or compote, a dairy product (yoghurt or glass of milk) and water. The chocolate bars, pastries, biscuits, ice creams and sodas are to be prescribed during the week, so that your child gets used to it. Reserve these high-fat products for birthday-type events or weekends.

Do not forget the greediness
Do not impose on your child an ascetic diet! Pleasure is a concept not to be neglected. Educate him from an early age to the pleasure of fruits, put a milky strawberry flavored drink and insert a few squares of chocolate in bread. A little honey, jam or spread on toast is also a treat!
