Quick walk and exercises



In addition to the physical and psychological benefits of brisk walking, the pleasure of breathing in the fresh air is real. This activity prevents the inconvenience of a sedentary life and an unbalanced diet: joint stiffness, osteoporosis, cardiovascular problems and diseases, cholesterol ... It also removes stress and improves digestion and sleep.
During a session (1 h 30) the drill Specific muscle strengthening and softening proposed by Brigitte (see video) will carve the silhouette while burning a lot of calories. They pose no danger to the body from the moment they are made smoothly, to preserve the spine, various joints, ligaments and tendons.
The best is to alternate each of the three movements of the video (knee lift, heel-buttock and kick) with a fast walking time.
