Sports bag: do not forget anything!

The contents of your bag of sport should not look like a fashion catalog. The bottom line is of course that you feel comfortable in your movements during your gym or tennis training.
You will be spoiled for choice to find THE outfit. Indeed, today the big brands of sport go out of their way to offer you an incredible number of clothes, each one more fun than the other, specific to each sport.
 
- Prefer new materials that absorb sweat well.
- Opt for a rather tight outfit to avoid being embarrassed in your actions, especially if you practice a fitness class or body fight.
- Another important element, especially if your activity requires jumping and moving a lot, the bra. A special bra sport, now well your breasts, guarantees to keep a beautiful chest.
- Invest in a pair of soft quality shoes, not too heavy, with a good insole to cushion shocks.
- Remember to take a towel to put on the weight machine, the rowing machine or the floor mat. It's more hygienic for you and the next user. It will also allow you to mop up if you sweat a lot.
- The essential not to forget to slip in your bag: the bottle of water. Regular rehydration during an effort is strongly recommended.
- You can also provide an energy bar or other small sweetness in case of munchies.
 
The little extras, not obligatory, but practical:
- Barrette, pet, elastic for those with long hair. It is not very practical to have the hair that "hangs" in all directions when you practice a sport !
- Cleansing wipes if you train in the evening after the office. It's more pleasant to sweat the natural skin than to have the foundation flowing!
- A deodorant.
- Flip flops to avoid walking barefoot in locker rooms and showers.
- Remember to remove rings, watches, necklaces and other charms.
