Strawberry Almond Tapioca Shaker

Time of realization: 20 minutes.
Cooking time: 5 minutes.

Strawberry Almond Tapioca Shaker for 2 people

Ingredients of the Strawberry-Almond Tapioca Shaker:
2 cups of almond milk, divided
1 tablespoon ground almonds
10 g of sugar
2 tablespoons of tapioca fast cooking
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
5 ice cubes
2 cups of strawberries frozen
2 individual sachets of powdered sweetener
4 chopped almonds to garnish

Preparation of the Strawberry-Almond Tapioca Shaker:
Combine 1 cup of almond milk, a tablespoon of ground almonds and the tapioca in a small saucepan. Soak for 5 minutes, then raise the temperature and bring to a boil. Turn off, cool slightly, and add vanilla extract while turning. Allow this mixture to cool completely.
 
Combine 1 remaining cup of almond milk and remaining ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Add the mixture to tapioca cool and mix until homogeneous.

dressage :
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with chopped almonds and a few mint leaves.
Pour some red currants on the tapioca.
