Superfruits, great fruits!

Superfruits are mainly berries such as blueberry, cranberry (cranberry), blackcurrant, acai, pomegranate or goji berry because of their high content of health benefits. Indeed, these small bays coming from more or less distant lands and sometimes used for millennia by the local populations, attracted the attention of the nutritionist since a long time: vitamins, trace elements, fibers ... they are all good! But not always easy to find or consume ... It is recently that the superfruits revolution began, when brands launched concentrates, dietary supplements and even cosmetics to take advantage of their virtues in every way!

Their greatest interest in beauty, besides their nutrients that contribute to the good balance of the skin, is their antioxidant power.
