The dissociated diet

The principle
The diet dissociated is to consume only one food per day, in isolation, even in large quantities.

Who is it for ?
It is for all those who want to lose weight quickly and are overweight. It is not suitable for people who have only a few pounds to lose.

Type menu
Every day, you only eat one type of food: 200 grams of rice or 500 grams of grilled meat (white or red), or a kilo of fruit, or 500 grams of fish, or a kilogram of fresh greens, or 6 eggs or only dairy products (lean cheese, yogurts, skimmed milk). Every day you have to consume a different type of food.
It is also possible for you to consume three food groups over a day: for example, in the morning, fresh fruit, eggs at noon and fish in the evening.

Advantages
By eating only one food, you quickly have a feeling of satiety. The private side is not a disadvantage to this method because you can consume at will one and the same food.

disadvantages
Apart from lassitude, the disadvantage of this diet is the weakening of the body resulting in a state of fatigue and muscle wasting. Protein deficiency causes deficiencies. To be undertaken with care, therefore!
