The Nike Dance Workout

The principle
Club Med gym and Nike have teamed up to offer this new discipline of "fitness fun". This dance inspired by hip hop culture was created by Jamie King, Madonna's choreographer. More concretely, it's a mix ofdrill classic (stretching, abs-glutes) and dance whose choreography remains quite free. The goal is to let go, play it a little and wake up the pop star that lies dormant in you.
An ideal activity to improve pace, coordination and flexibility.
My opinion
Since classes are only starting mid-September, we have not yet been able to test a session.
Outfit
A tracksuit if possible a little "branchouille"! Tennis.
Duration of the course
One o'clock.
