A slimming cream contains active ingredients against the fat cells and orange peel skin, thighs or buttocks. But if you do not have this type of cream on hand, it does not matter! The key is to master a few small techniques of massage to make penetrate well the care and to optimize its draining action.
For a flat stomach
There are two methods:
1. With your hands flat, massage the belly with both hands, smoothing and pressing upwards, with movements back to the sides of the abdomen.
2. With the palm of your hand, massage the belly clockwise in small circular motions and with gentle pressure.
For the buttocks, hips and thighs
1. Get inspired by palpating and rolling: massage a skincare thinness touching the hips, buttocks and thighs. Then pinch the skin between your thumb and forefinger and roll it under your fingers up your thighs to the hips.
Repeat this palpate-rolling for a few minutes to smooth the dimples.
2. Fist: massage a nut of product by effleurage, then close the fists and with the flat of the phalanges, rub the skin in small rounds from bottom to top. Repeat several times to firm up and tone the epidermis.
