100% Grapefruit Slimming Menu: Avocado Verrine and Grapefruit Marmalade

Ingredients for 4 persons : 3 grapefruits of Florida 1 red onion 5 cl of olive oil 1 tablespoon of honey 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar 10 g fresh ginger 4 slices of smoked salmon 4 lawyers ¼ chive bunch salt pepper
1. Wash and remove zests from a grapefruit. Skin others grapefruits raw and take the supreme (neighborhood pieces without skin). Cut the salmon into thin strips and set aside.
