Fries as an aperitif
Cut the fries very finely, like matches. Proceed as for fries but let them cook longer to make them crisp. Salt and serve with a sauce well raised.
Pour olive oil in a container, add the herbs and let marinate them. fries cut. Collect them for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Once golden serve them.
