An entrance for 10 people.
Ingredients :
. 200 g of tenderloin cod
. 1 teaspoon of curry
. 3 tablespoons chopped herbs
. 3 egg yolks
. The juice of 3 lemons
. 10 cl of olive oil
. Salt and pepper from the mill
Preparation for cream at lemon :
Put the cod in a plate and cover with cling film. Make small holes in the film and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at max power.
In a bowl, crumble the cod and add curry and herbs.
Salt, pepper and mix.
Divide the preparation into small glasses.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the juice of lemon.
Add salt and pepper.
Put the bowl in a bain-marie and beat until the sauce thickens.
Gradually add the oil and let it thicken again until you get the consistency of a mayonnaise.
Divide the cream over the cod and put in the fridge.
And voila !
