Beauty tip: good-looking foods

The basis of beauty and a perfect skin texture remains our food. Healthy, balanced, varied, our food must consist of fresh products, the least refined possible. Cosmetics must be perceived as a beauty supplement, which is added to our eating habits. It is still necessary to know what to consume to be able to strut with a radiant complexion in the middle of the winter. You are told a little bit about good looking foods.

Water: we do not necessarily think about it when we hydrate, but the water that we drink is used as a regenerating agent for our skin. It will condition its flexibility, its firmness and its general appearance. We prefer water rich in minerals and trace elements to nourish the skin of the interior.

Vitamin E: it is found mainly in all oily fish, tuna, sardine, hanchois, herring ... Angelina Jolie even confessed to consume regularly to sublimate her complexion, at first sight, it works! If you are not a fan of this type of fish, you should know that some nuts also contain oil, we think of nuts, hazelnuts, fines ... Easy to eat and greedy we do not hesitate to consume for to look good.

Zinc: It is known for its healing properties that can be effective for problem skin. It is found in meat, shellfish and whole grains. These are excellent for health for many other reasons, so try to focus on daily.

Vitamin A: it guarantees the suppleness of our skin. It has been found especially in dairy products (milk, butter ...) and in higher doses in egg yolks, fish and meat.

Provitamin A: it contains beta-carotene, which helps beautify sun tones. It is found in many fruits such as melon, apricots, peaches, cherries, blackcurrant. But also in many vegetables like carrots, red peppers, spinach and beans. A food rich in fruits and vegetables and therefore essential for the quality of our complexion.

Vitamin C: it acts as a restorative for the natural collagen of our skin, thanks to its antioxidant qualities. It guarantees the flexibility of our skin and helps to delay the first signs of aging. Vitamin C is found in all citrus fruits in general (lemons, oranges, grapefruit, clementines ...), as well as in kiwi or blackcurrants. But also in many exotic fruits less known in France (guava, papaya, mango ...). We are not afraid to test these fruits from elsewhere, they are delicious and have no lack of nutritional qualities to maintain our complexion.

Essential fatty acids (omega 6 and 3): they are somehow our natural moisturizer because they lubricate the cells of our skin. In particular, it should be preferred in case of dry skin. It is found mainly in vegetable oils, olive, rapeseed, nuts ... the idea is to vary them as much as possible to combine their effects.
