For 6 persons
6 small bakery buns
100 g of chocolate cover
15 g of butter
Break it chocolate in a small bowl. Place it in a bain-marie and let it melt, stirring occasionally.
When the chocolate is melted, remove it from the bain-marie and stir in the butter.
Pour it chocolate melted on a sheet of parchment paper. Then spread it in a thin layer using a metal spatula. Let harden.
Cut in the chocolate melted small eyes, mouths and small noses to decorate the buns.
To make them stand, moisten slightly with hot water one side of the small decorations and keep them pressed a few seconds on the brioche.
Serve buns at tea time with chocolate hot.
