Faisselle in light clafoutis with rhubarb

Faisselle in light rhubarb clafoutis: a recipe proposed by Rians

 

For 4 people :
4 faisselles Rians
4 eggs
50 g of butter
8 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons almond powder
200 g of rhubarb
Vanilla extract

 

Preparation:
Mix them faisselles with eggs, almond powder, sugar, flour and melted butter. Add a dash of vanilla extract and the rhubarb cut into pieces. Pour into 4 individual molds. Put in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 °.
