How to massage breasts with oils

Massaging them bosom, daily or at least twice a week, is a saving and gentle gesture that only takes a few minutes. And the results are visible quickly! These self-massage gestures can be performed using a massage oil or a body milk, after a shower or bath.

 

1. Touch

 

Warm a hazelnutmassage oil in the palm of your hands. Apply the oil from the base of bosom to the clavicles and the base of the neck, including the alveoli. It is better to distribute the oil evenly on the skin.
