- 400 grams of previously frozen seasonal fruits (you can also find frozen fruit directly from the fresh supermarket shelves).

- 60 grams unsweetened semi-skimmed condensed milk (usually in the jam section).

- 20 grams of light cream

- Sugar according to taste

 

Place all the frozen fruit in a blender. After mixing them a first time, add all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth, without any pieces of fruit. Serve immediately.

You can also place your preparation in the freezer and serve it later, it will nevertheless be necessary to take it out of the freezer 1/4 hour before that the ice cream can soften a little.
