Making soup is easy, and better!

Contrary to what one might think, prepare a good soup house is not complicated. Of course it will take you a little longer than warming up soup all ready, but at least you'll know exactly what's inside and can adjust it to your liking.
First, we prefer to choose vegetables seasonal, such as pumpkin, carrots or turnips in winter and tomatoes or zucchini in summer. Once vegetables chosen, they are finely cut for quick cooking, then covered with water. Be careful with dosage: if you put water just to cover your vegetables, your soup will be rather thick, but if you put a lot more then it will be liquid. Then, it can be perfumed with cubic broth (poultry, vegetables, herbs ...) to give a more personal touch to its soup. If you are not too much broth, you can use spices. You can also return your vegetables in chopped garlic or onion just before adding water. Do not forget to salt a little with fat salt.
Finally, if you want a soup creamy, you can, at the time of mixing, add some Cow laughing or a little unsweetened condensed milk.
You will see, all this will take you less than 30 minutes between preparation and cooking.
