The favorite recipe of Nathalie, candidate for the Atelier Masterchef:
Japanese cannelloni
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 8 sheets of lasagna
4 tablespoons fresh cream
200 gr of smoked salmon
Nori leaves
tomato puree
1 bunch of coriander
grated cheese
salt
pepper
pili pili
mustard
Preparation:
Preparation of cannelloni:
Cook the lasagna leaves for 8 minutes in boiling salted water.
Drain them. Let cool.
Preparation of the cannelloni stuffing:
Crumble the smoked salmon and mix with the cream.
Wash coriander, remove leaves and mix with salmon cream.
Assembly of cannelloni:
Garnish the lasagna leaves and roll with the nori.
Arrange on a dish in the oven. Mix the tomato purée, mustard and pili-pili in a bowl. Arrange the mixture on the cannelloni with the grated cheese.
Bake 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
