Mille-feuille of celeriac and salmon eggs

Root or branches, celery is not only excellent for health but, in addition, a powerful vasodilator. In other words, it dilates the blood vessels. Mille-feuille of celeriac and eggs Salmon
Ingredients (for 6 people)
1 ball of celery root
1 pot of eggs Salmon
1 lemon juice
5 dill stalks
Salt
Ground pepper

Preparation
Peel the celery root. Cut it in half. Cut one half into very thin strips. Grate the other half.
Bring a pot of salt and lemon water to a boil.
Using a cookie cutter about 6 centimeters in diameter, cut 24 discs into the celery slices.
Cook the discs and grated celery separately for 15 minutes. Drain and reserve.
Wash, dry and dill the dill. Sprinkle grated celery with olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
Prepare 12 small wooden skewers. Prick on each of them three slices of celery, spacing them about a centimeter. Put two skewers in each plate. add salt and pepper
Garnish the spaces between the slices of celery, grated celery and eggs. Salmon.
Add a few sprigs of dill and serve.
