"Molière": another look at the artist
It is a beautiful exercise of style, to which Laurent Tirard and Grégoire Vigneron have devoted themselves. The two writers of "Molière"have managed to mix a good part of his pieces with his own life.They relied on an obscure period of Jean-Baptiste Poquelin.He was 22, he had fled his troupe for a few months ... and no historian never knew what he had done during this period, so the two filmmakers asked themselves: "What if he had gone to live with a certain Mr. Jourdain, whose adventures would have inspired him later, to write all his works ? "That's how was born movie a great spectacle of a real literary interest. Moreover, the Nathan editions took the opportunity to publish a pedagogical file related to movie, in colleges and high schools.
With this "Molière"The fans of the comic author will be delighted, while others will appreciate the performances of actors of Romain Duris, Laura Morante, Edward Baer, Ludivine Sagnier and Fabrice Luchini.Their comedy sense would surely have enchanted the great Molière.
