Pastry and chocolate: which gourmand (e) are you?

Is greed really a bad thing? What next ! This is a small happiness that everyone can agree on a daily basis and with the necessary moderation, without being the target of the worst judgments. To be greedy is to know how to have fun, to be curious about the palate, to simply love. But are we all equal before gluttony? Nothing is less sure. We cultivate different culinary tastes, so it would not be surprising that the inclinations diverge even when it comes to deliciously tempting dishes like the pastry where the chocolate. Is age there for something? Would being a man or a woman make us rather like the chocolate black or the chocolate White ? To answer these questions, GirlsFromMainStreet joins forces with Chocolate lounge (which will take place from October 20 to 24, 2011) by launching a big poll on gluttony.

Imagine Charlie in the chocolate shop of Willy Wonka: in front of you, cream puffs, fruit pies, strawberry charlottes, coffee lightnings, flan, mille-feuilles, Paris- Brest and liters and liters of chocolate dripping ...

Some of you will already have your eyes full of envy by representing these treats, others on the other hand, will remain completely indifferent to it or will even feel a little bit of damage. This is more or less greedy, be always tempted by pretty cakes any time; want to have fun more punctually; to refrain from giving in to resignation or even to be downright hostile because it does not inspire as much as a Burgundian beef. It takes everything to make a world and that's good because there are also among gourmands: sweet gourmands, savory gourmands, nostalgic gourmands like Proust and his madeleine, compulsive gourmands, gourmands full of sensitivity. To discover which category of gourmand (e) you are, you just have to give in to the temptation to answer a few questions. Sorry, our survey is over.
