Ingredients: The base of the muesli bowl consists of oat flakes, usually found in all supermarkets or organic stores. Oat flakes are mixed with other
cereals, like rye, quinoa, spelled ... according to our desires of
breakfast, the recipes multiply at will. For two people, plan three cups of
cereals mix with a cup of brown sugar (brown sugar) or a little liquid honey. It will also need some butter and some spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger ...
The recipe: in a hot pan put the butter,

Conservation: mueslis can be easily stored in an airtight container for a fortnight. However, avoid incorporating your accompaniments (small
