The fans of the young wizard are going to stomp of happiness: two video games adapted from the last part of the saga Harry Potter, itself filmed in two parts, come out this fall on most platforms.
For the first time, the story unfolds entirely outside Hogwarts, giving Harry Potter and the Deathly HallowsTM First Part an atmosphere very different from the others games of the saga Harry Potter. On the run and sought by a horde of ruthless enemies, our three heroes, Harry, Hermione and Ron, are now evolving into unknown territory. Far from the protective and reassuring corridors of the school, survival becomes their first priority.
"This last adventure ofHarry Potter gave us the opportunity to create a darker game, with much more action than in previous ones, says Jonathan Bunney, vice president and production manager of EA Bright Light. We think the game we are creating will be very popular with high definition console users. We have designed a new specific technology that allows us to demonstrate all the power of magic and players will have to use all their wizarding skills to survive. "
Currently under development by EA Bright Light Studio, Harry Potter and the Deathly HallowsTM First Part and Harry Potter and the Deathly HallowsTM Part Two will land soon on PlayStation®3, Xbox 360TM, WiiTM, Nintendo DSTM, PC and on mobile devices.
So we are waiting for the start of the school year and we already know what the children will do after school!
