Tropicana, the saga of the brand

The story: the juices fruits Tropicana were born in 1947 in Florida thanks to the overflowing imagination of the Italian Anthony Rossi. The idea would have come to him while he was sitting at a terrace to have breakfast. He has just recently immigrated to Florida. The young Italian thought that everyone should have a little help in the morning to start the day. Anthony Rossi will launch shortly after a range of juices from fruits pasteurized and pre-packaged available for every morning, as he originally wanted. In 1948, the juices of fruits Already a huge hit with consumers, the first advertising poster is born. Tropicana is soon to go beyond its borders, because in 1951 the brand made its arrival in the North American continent.

The French are the first Europeans to taste the famous juices fruits Tropicana, in 1965. The brand innovates in 1989 on a new concept of conservation by launching a range of orange juice in brick. Tropicana continues to evolve by launching for example from 2008 fruits made of fruits mixed, it is the famous Tropicana Smoothie that can be drunk at any time of the day: strawberry-raspberry, strawberry-banana, mango-passion-pineapple ... Fruity combinations never cease to surprise us.
 
The little anecdote: Where does the name Tropicana come from? Anthony Rossi baptizes his brand and in reference to the tropical climate of course, the "-Ana" is, for its part, inspired by the name of his wife. A touching and meaningful choice for its creator.
