True-false diet slimming: "lose weight, the big lie"

You will learn a lot about slimming diets in the work of nutritionist Jean-Michel Cohen. His book, "Maigir, le grand lie", denounces different regimes that he considers ineffective. According to him, these diets would cause anxiety and despair among people wanting to lose weight.

A recurring question
"We are told to eat better, but concretely, what does it mean?" ask the patients of Jean-Michel Cohen. He answers this question by proposing a "universal diet", which is based on practical recipes.

According to the nutritionist, the different slimming diets offered to women and men are contradictory. They would even cause disarray among people wanting to lose weight, because they do not know what advice to follow. These people are lost between Cretan diet, agar-agar, pineapple, protein, blood type ... which are all regimes decried by the author.

The solution
For Jean-Michel Cohen, the big culprits stating this contradictory information would be the media. The nutritionist's solution? Inform people about the thinness by talking to them about balance, well-being and efficiency, for an effective and educational approach to eating.

The "universal regime" proposed by the author contains realistic and achievable goals for everyone, and is either booster or balanced. The practical side of this book sometimes written as a pamphlet is here: typical menus, ingredients to avoid and those to choose, a hundred questions and answers such as: "Should we deprive ourselves of going to the restaurant?", or "How to re-motivate if you fall for a diet?"

As a bonus, you can discover several types of sauces that are easy to concoct and not too fat. The credo of Dr. Jean-Michel Cohen: combining taste and nutrition. The nutritionist has already published the books "Knowing how to lose weight", "Happiness to lose weight" and, with Dr. Patrick Serog, "Knowing how to eat". The nutrition balanced, it's his hobby.
