Salmon,
mash potatoes and garlic crisps:
4 darnes of
Salmon4 big
potatoes1 head of pink garlic
120g of soft butter
Salt and pepper
For garlic crisps:
8 cloves of garlic
5 cl of olive oil
Preparation of garlic crisps:
Peel and thinly slice garlic cloves into strips.
In a skillet, heat the oil over low heat and arrange the slices of garlic. As soon as they are blond and crispy, remove them from the hot oil using a skimmer. Drain and put on paper towels.
Cook
potatoes in salt water for 20 minutes.
Peel and chop a clove of garlic and mix with soft butter.
Peel the
potatoes and crush them with a fork and mix with the garlic butter.
Cook the steaks of
Salmon steam, for 15 minutes or in the pan, with a drizzle of oil, 5 minutes on each side.

Tip: If you prefer or want to vary, you can replace the
