Verrines of salmon pie, mashed potatoes and garlic crisps

After Christmas, there is no question of stopping eating Salmon, on the contrary ! The price of Salmon down, this is the perfect time to innovate recipes for New Year's Day. Here is the recipe glasses parmentier's Salmonwith mash potatoes and garlic crisps.

Recipe for 4 people
Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 35 min

Ingredients for the recipe glasses parmentier's Salmon, mash potatoes and garlic crisps:
4 darnes of Salmon
4 big potatoes
1 head of pink garlic
120g of soft butter
Salt and pepper

For garlic crisps:
8 cloves of garlic
5 cl of olive oil

Preparation of garlic crisps:
Peel and thinly slice garlic cloves into strips.
In a skillet, heat the oil over low heat and arrange the slices of garlic. As soon as they are blond and crispy, remove them from the hot oil using a skimmer. Drain and put on paper towels.
Cook potatoes in salt water for 20 minutes.
Peel and chop a clove of garlic and mix with soft butter.
Peel the potatoes and crush them with a fork and mix with the garlic butter.
Cook the steaks of Salmon steam, for 15 minutes or in the pan, with a drizzle of oil, 5 minutes on each side.
Emietter the Salmon and prepare the glasses.
Spread the mash potatoes in 4 glasses, then the Salmon and decorate with garlic crisps.
Serve immediately.

Tip: If you prefer or want to vary, you can replace the Salmon by a net of hake or place.
